Azure Capital Partners, a real estate investment platform focusing on Chinese white-collar apartments, announced on October 15th that it has secured a significant investment from Chow Tai Fook Enterprises in Hong Kong, aiming to expand its business footprint in related areas. This investment will boost Azure Capital Partners' further development in the hotel and long-term rental apartment market in first-tier cities.

Chow Tai Fook Enterprises is a private investment holding platform under Chow Tai Fook Group, founded by the Cheng family in 1929. As a global large family investor, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises has investments in a variety of industries such as energy, healthcare, education, media, and private equity investments. Its high-end luxury hotels and real estate properties are located globally, including iconic properties like Guelila Hotels, Chow Tai Fook Centre, and K11 Shopping Center.

Since its establishment in 2020, Azure Capital Partners has invested in and owns four limited-service hotels in first-tier cities that are operational, along with one project under development. The core team members of Azure Capital Partners come from first-tier real estate investment institutions and hotel management companies, with rich industry experience. With Chow Tai Fook Enterprises joining as a new shareholder, they will continue to support the development of Azure Capital Partners, actively expanding investment opportunities in mid-range hotels and long-term rental apartments in China.
